The Spinal Flow Technique is a alternative healing modality that has its foundations in restoring the Spirit, Mind, and body to their natural healing state through the Innate Intelligence system built within 7 regions/gateways of the spinal cord. Through the use of 33 “Access Points” located on your “Cranium” and “Sacrum,” the brain can connect to these “zones of ease” to induce the body into a parasympathetic state (Healing, Rest, and digestion) from its normal sympathetic state (stress).  A gentle torque combined with a deep intention to reach the connective layers of tissue known as the “Dura Mater” that cover our Brain and spinal cord. This action creates a new connection that begins to reduce stress by peel it off the spine in layers to duplicate more zones of ease. With each session, the brain and spinal cord build a healthier connection that optimizes brain functions, internal organ production, improved range of motion, and release of happy hormones such as Dopamine, Serotonin, and Endorphins. 


  1. Empty any expectations that you may have for your first session so that you can be fully open and present to the experience while learning what your spine and brain need to optimize itself. 
  2. Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your body's ability to move and flow. These clothes include jeans, belts, tight-fitting/spandex pants, or clothing with large seams near the pelvis.  
  3. Arrive 10 minutes before your session, so that you are on time and we can start on time. This is vital for your healing, if you are late then you lose time for your body to heal itself.
  4. Hydration is key, so use the restroom before our session to eliminate any urges to stop the session for a restroom break. After your session, consume at least 1.5 liters in the next 5 hours. During the session your body will release a lot of toxins, thus the water helps continue the releasing process. If you decide not to take this advice you may begin to feel queasy
  5. Commit yourself to your healing and do what is needed to maintain your wellness outside of each session.

Spinal Flow Healing Session 30- 45 minutes


The ideal amount is 3 times per week for 4 weeks to equal 12 sessions. However, if your schedule doesn’t allow this we can discuss different options that are more adaptable. Just remember sessions should be back to back in scheduling to assist with the body restructuring its networking systems.  

Once your first 12 sessions are completed, we will do a re-assessment and take another set of pictures to compare the growth. From here we will discuss a new plan of action that still keeps you in the groove of receiving spinal flow to stay on top of your healing for long-term benefits.
